The LF CV forced air convection oven is ideal for baking pre-cooked and frozen bread and pastry products. It is perfect for use in supermarkets, cafés and hot food outlets.
The oven quickly reaches the baking temperature, and is equipped with a digital control panel that can store 8 programs.
The steam is propagated into the chamber through the injection of water into the fans. Other elements that make up the oven are: hood, condenser, tray support or cell.
